Okkk but can we talk about how HOT this winter in SW Florida has been?! ☀️😎 Between the blue skies, warm temps, and this sun shelf situation… I could absolutely live right here. And yes—this is a sneak peek from an upcoming listing 👀🔥 But just like our weather, the real estate market is heating up too: • Interest rates are trending down 📉 • Snowbirds are here and actively shopping for next season • Buyers want to secure their Florida place before prices move again • Sellers are benefiting from motivated, seasonal demand • Homes that are priced and marketed right are getting serious attention Whether you’re thinking about buying now to enjoy next winter from a pool like this or selling while buyer demand is strong, this season is full of opportunity in South and Southwest Florida. Timing, strategy, and exposure matter more than ever—and that’s where we come in. Sun shelf today… smart real estate moves for tomorrow 😎🏡 PS: Dream of being on HGTV as a buyer? We might be able to make that happen—just say the word 😉

This article stopped me in my tracks. According to T3 Sixty, The Real Brokerage grew U.S. sales volume from $12.1B to $42.4B in just a few years and is now ranked top five nationally by volume. That kind of growth does not happen by accident. What stood out most to me was why it’s happening. A tech-first model, real transparency, and systems designed to support agents instead of slow them down. This article nailed several of the exact reasons we made the move when we did. If you’re an agent who’s curious what part of this resonated most with us, or you’re quietly wondering if there’s a better way to run your business, I’m always happy to share more. No pressure. Just real conversations.

Closing eve moments like this are the ones that stay with you forever. Tonight I ran to Miss Kim’s house for some last minute, in-person signing thanks to technical issues and no Wi-Fi (real life 😂). We grabbed keys from the lockbox, handled a few moving details, and somehow spent just as much time talking about Hallmark Christmas movies as we did paperwork. Before I left, she handed me this… Her grandmother’s wooden rolling pin. Over 100 years old. She handed it to me and said, “You’re my sourdough baking girl. I want you to have it.” 🥖 I felt the tears instantly. Not because it’s beautiful (it is). Not because it’s old (it’s incredible). But because of what it represents. This is why we do what we do. Yes, we sell houses. Yes, we negotiate, market, price, strategize, and line everything up just right. And yes, this transaction was a perfect mix of timing, pricing, marketing, the right buyer, and the Lord’s timing above all. But at the heart of it, we’re being trusted with people’s stories. Their memories. Their next chapters. I am so deeply honored to help Miss Kim with this step in her life, and I will cherish this rolling pin for as long as I’m baking. Every loaf will carry a little bit of her story with it. Grateful. Humbled. And reminded once again that this work is about so much more than real estate 🤍
